The game offers fantastic minions on all fronts according to my scoring system. As long as you like the game itself, nothing bad can be said about the minions. My favorite classes are the Enchanter (creates golems and constructs), Witch (summons strange entities using fungi rituals), Warlock (uses gems to summon elementals - fire, earth, air, water) and Necromancer (raises the dead using corpses left over after battles, or at special sites like old battlefields and graveyards). But the game offers more, like a demon summoner, ritualist, etc. There's so many options. |

It's a big shame about the lack of necromancy in the Grand Campaign, but you can still have fun with the Skirmish mode. |

You can craft a dungeon and fill it full of minions and traps, craft equipment for your minions to use and defend against invaders, capture them as prisoners and torture them as well as so much more. |

I couldn't figure out how to craft them and the ingredients for crafting them are pretty expensive, so you have to keep that in mind. They suffer from the same kind of dumb AI that thralls have, but are no worse than thralls. So all in all I'm pretty happy with these minions even if they're only useful as guards. |
